Legislation giving Secretary of State Chris Heaton-Harris the power to cut assembly members' salaries has been introduced at Westminster.



After six months of inactivity at Stormont, the British government has also urged parties to use an extension of the deadline to call an election to come together and deliver for people at a time of rising costs.
