THE car park of a Belfast shopping centre is to be transformed into the UK and Ireland's longest catwalk next week for a special fashion show.

The Park and Stride event will see a huge 70m catwalk stretch through Victoria Square's underground car park, complete with guest front row, on Friday, September 30.

The unique underground location and concrete catwalk promises to provide a stark contrast to the latest eye-catching seasonal looks.

Michelle Greeves, Centre Manager of Victoria Square, said: "Victoria Square prides itself on creating experiences that challenge the status quo and elevate and add to the traditional shopping experience.

"This will be a front row fashion experience unlike any other in the heart of Belfast," she said.

There will be two shows, at 6pm and 8pm.

Tickets, which cost £20 or £15 for students and include a goody bag with a £10 VSQ gift card and treats.
