A 37-year-old man has been shot in both legs during an attack in east Belfast.

The man was targeted in the Enler Park Central area of Dundonald just after 9.10pm on Monday.

He was taken to hospital for treatment.

A PSNI spokesman said: "Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident and we are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time".
