A CYCLIST sustained a broken collarbone after being "blown off" his bike by a passing lorry in Co Antrim.

The incident took place in the Templepatrick Road area of Ballyclare shortly after 1.30pm on Wednesday December 15.

Police said the cyclist was taken to hospital for treatment.

They are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has information or dash-cam footage to telephone them on 101, quoting reference number 902 15/12/21.
