Tierna Campbell laid to rest following funeral in Ballynahinch

A 20-year-old woman found dead in Co Down last week was laid to rest today.

Tierna Campbell was found in a block of flats on Dromore Street in Ballynahinch on Thursday at 8.30pm.

Three men - two aged 26 and one aged 30 - were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following her death.

They were later released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Ms Campbell's funeral took place at St Patrick's Church, Ballynahinch, this morning followed by burial at Milltown Cemetery in west Belfast.

The young woman was a former pupil of St Patrick's Grammar School, Downpatrick, Co Down.

Her family described her on social media as " the most caring and loving person in the world".

Her mother Arleen posted on Facebook: "My beautiful baby girl..what I would give to have you back ..my beautiful angel".
