Three people have been arrested after a man in his thirties suffered a deep cut to his head during an attack in public toilets in Belfast.

The man suffered the cut and other facial injuries in the attack on Dublin Road at around 6.45pm yesterday.

Three men, aged 28, 32 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.

They remain in police custody.

Police asked anyone with information about the attack to contact them on 101.
