One further Covid-19 death recorded in past 24 hours

There has been one further coronavirus related death recorded in the past 24 hours and 73 individuals have tested positive for the virus.

The Department of Health's death toll stands at 2,143.

Some 61 people remain in hospital with Covid, five of whom 5 are in ICU. There are outbreaks in four care homes. 

The seven day rate stands at 36.9 per 100,000, the lowest in 15 days.  Mid Ulster remains the area with the highest number of new Covid-cases with a seven day rate of 74.6 per 100,000.
