POLICE in Carrickmore, Co Tyrone, are appealing for witnesses following the serious sexual assault of a man.

An investigation has been launched into the attack at the junction of the Malabhui Road and Termon Road between 11am and 12.30pm on October 22.

A PSNI spokesman said, “We are appealing for witnesses following a serious sexual assault of a male in the Carrickmore area.

“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area of Termon Road and the junction of Malabhui Road / Hazelhill Road between 11am and 12:30pm, to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 1633 22/10/20

"Information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime".
