Police in Co Antrim have arrested a 30-year-old man after receiving reports that a person was armed with a gun.
The incident took place in the Albert Place area of Ballymena at around 8.30pm on Friday, July 10.
Inspector Aaron Brown said: “Officers attended and arrested the man on suspicion of carrying an imitation firearm in a public place, possessing an article with a blade or point in a public place and handling stolen goods.
“He remains in custody at this time assisting with our enquiries."
