Two winning Euromillions tickets - worth €17 million and €500,000 - remain unclaimed

A winning Euromillions ticket worth €17 million was bought in Connacht, it was last night revealed.

The National Lottery last night appealed for those living in the area to check their tickets.

The winning numbers from Tuesday night are: 24, 26, 32, 43, 46 and the Lucky Star numbers are 06 and 10.

It is the first EuroMillions jackpot won in Ireland this year, and the 15th Irish jackpot win since the EuroMillions began in 2004.

Meanwhile, it has emerged that a winning Euromillions Plus ticket worth €500,000, which has not yet been claimed, was bought in an Eason store on Main Street in Castlebar, Co Mayo.

The ticket was bought on Tuesday, the day of the draw.

A spokesman for the National Lottery said they need time to get in touch with the winner and the winning shop before announcing the exact location.
