A COUPLE and their grandchild escaped from a house fire in Coleraine yesterday.
Firefighters were called to the property in the Long Commons area shortly after 5am after the blaze was spotted by neighbours.
Two fire crews from Coleraine and one from Portrush attended the scene.
The NIFRS said two adults and a 15-year-old grandchild were in the house at the time of the blaze, but escaped before fire crews arrived.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
