Motorists are advised to avoid the A8 between Larne and Belfast following two separate traffic accidents.
A number of vehicles were involved and diversions are in place at Hillhead Road and Shanes Hill Road roundabouts.
Delays are expected and driverss are asked to avoid the area and seek alternative routes for their journeys.
