TWO teenagers arrested in the Maghera area by detectives investigating the murder of 36-year old Piotr Krowka have been released pending further inquiries.

The two 16-year-olds were arrested yesterday as part of the overall investigation.

A Polish national, Mr Krowka had been living in the town for a number of years and was homeless at the time of his murder. His body was discovered in a former parochial house on the Glen Road on April 3.

Police said he had suffered serious injuries to his head and body.

A 19-year old previously arrested was released without charge.
