Twelfth demonstrations: Details of main parades across north

A TOTAL of 18 Orange Order demonstrations are being held on Tuesday, as well as many feeder parades:

:: Belfast

At least 10,000 people are to take part in the main parade which leaves Carlisle Circus at 10am.

It will pass through the city centre on a six-mile route to Barnett Demesne, with motorists warned to expect several road closures and delays.

The parade is due to begin its return leg at 4.15pm.

:: Co Antrim

Ballycastle - more than 3,000 people, 3,600 supporters and 40 lodges are to leave Ramoan Road from 1pm.

Lisburn - more than 70 lodges accompanied by 50 bands will begin their march at 11.30am at Wallace Park

:: Co Armagh

Portadown - around 5,000 Orange Order members and 80 bands are expected to parade from 10.15am

:: Co Derry

Limavady - around 3,000 Orangemen and more than 50 bands will march from Church Street at midday

:: Co Down

Kilkeel - around 1,000 Orangemen are to leave Kilkeel Orange hall at 9.30am

Dromore - at least 15,000 spectators are to watch the biggest demonstration in the county, which leaves Ballymacormick Road at midday

:: Co Fermanagh

Maguiresbridge - more 70 bands and 2,500 people are to take part in the parade which begins at 12.30pm on Tempo Road

:: Co Tyrone

Coagh - more than 5,000 participants, 70 bands and 5,000 supporters are to congregate in one of Tyrone's smallest villages, leaving Ruskey Road from 12.30pm

Newtownstewart - around 5,000 people are expected to take part in the demonstration which begins at 12.30pm from Strabane Road
