The Antrim Road in Crumlin, near Belfast International Airport, has been closed following a two-vehicle crash on Monday afternoon.
Police have advised that the airport can still be accessed via the Old Stone Road.
A Northern Ireland Ambulance Service spokesperson said they were alerted to the incident just before 2pm on Monday.
“NIAS despatched one Emergency Ambulance Crew and one Rapid Response Paramedic to the incident,” they said.
“Following initial assessment and treatment at scene, one patient was taken to Antrim Area Hospital by Ambulance.”
