TWO famous faces from the Loose Women panel were in Belfast today for a special live link-up to the popular daytime show.

Co Armagh-born host Gloria Hunniford and Denise Van Outen were joined by Belfast lord mayor Nuala McAllister at Victoria Square as part of a tour across the UK for the ITV programme.

The event marked the show's National Television Award nomination for Best Live Magazine Show, with the two presenters visiting the city to encourage public votes.

Large crowds gathered who had gathered in the shopping complex had an opportunity to chat with the two 'loose women' panellists during the event, which also featured entertainment from Irish dancers and an appearance from Northern Ireland bog snorkeling champion Danika Maguire.
