55-year-old man arrested in west Belfast over Dan Murray murder released unconditionally

A 53 year old man, arrested in west Belfast by detectives investigating the murder of 55-year-old takeaway driver Dan Murray, has been released unconditionally.

The man had been arrested on Thursday night.

Mr Murray was shot in his car as he went to deliver a takeaway on Lady Street on Monday night.

The father-of-six had survived other attacks, including a shot to the face which he described as an attempted "execution".
