Comedian Joe Pasquale has appeared on The Nightly Show with just a bowler hat covering his modesty, completing a week of controversial stunts.

After getting his nipple pierced, sporting latex in an S&M club and receiving a back, sack and crack wax earlier on in the week, Pasquale attempted naked yoga on Friday’s ITV show.

He paid a visit to a class early in the episode before walking out on stage in front of the studio audience with a black hat covering his crotch and black patches over his nipples.When this week’s host Bradley Walsh pulled the hat away, another hat was revealed below, which Pasquale tossed aside to reveal a black patch secured with black gaffer tape.Viewers seemed unimpressed by the stunt:

During the show Walsh passed the mic on to comedian Jason Manford, who will host the programme next week.As Pasquale appeared on stage, Manford said: “It’s the first time I’ve regretted getting HD TV.”

While guest presenters like David Walliams and John Bishop have been panned by viewers, The Chase presenter Walsh has proved to be a hit, with many calling for him to be given the gig full time or to be given his own show.

He ended his stint in charge by performing Chasing Dreams from his album of covers, which was released last year.
