One in four people have suffered some form of mental health problem yet few talk about it even with friends and this can cause sufferers to feel extremely isolated and often exacerbate the issue.
Time to Talk Day takes place on the first Thursday in February to encourage the Britons to talk about mental health.

The day is set up by the Time to Change charity which aims to help people discuss their problems and break down the stigma attached to mental health. With that in mind, we gathered some poignant illustrations to inspire you to start a discussion on mental well-being – it could be an invaluable talk for yourself or for a friend.
