Wilsons Auctions offers a wide range of land and property, providing an all-round, hassle-free property experience from start to finish.

From valuation to instruction, organising viewings, handling deposits, liaising with your solicitors in preparing and distributing the legal packs to marketing, advertising and conducting the auction. With online bidding available across all property auctions, potential buyers can bid from any location.

There are many benefits to selling property under contract at auction, namely the immediate exchange of a binding contract, a 10 per cent deposit paid by the successful bidder on the fall of the hammer (subject to meeting the Reserve Price) and a fixed completion date. This reduces holding costs and assures a property will be sold at market value.

Viewings are restricted to pre-registered buyers, by appointment only with an allocated time slot provided for up to two people from the same household and face masks must be worn.
