Property: Wilsons Auctions sees strong interest for land and property in early 2021

Wilsons Auctions has welcomed a strong start to its Northern Ireland Land and Property Auctions in 2021, seeing an increased interest from investors and developers along with land buyers.

The news comes ahead of its upcoming Northern Ireland LiveBid Land and Property Auction next Thursday (March 25) at 2pm. The auction will see a selection of property ranging from residential and commercial to land with guide prices from £35,000 to £450,000 going under the hammer.

Featured in this month’s auction is an excellent investment opportunity located on the Whitewell Road in north Belfast. With a guide price of £450,000, the Lot includes a block of three commercial ground floor units and four two-bed apartments that is currently generating a gross revenue of £47,000 per annum.

In addition, there is a rental investment opportunity on Dunluce Street, Larne with a guide price of £235,000. Offering four ground-floor commercial units along with four one-bedroom residential apartments and one two-bedroom residential apartment, the units are located on a pedestrian street adjacent to a new luxury hotel being developed, with some upgrading it has a potential income of over £3,000 per calendar month.

A three-bedroom bungalow on the Larne Road, within walking distance of Carrickfergus town, is being offered with a guide price of £99,000. This property is in excellent condition, with minimal work required and offers an open-plan kitchen and dining area, large front garden with gravel rear yard.
