Hagan Homes development shortlisted for prestigious award

The £4.8million Salmon Leap development in Coleraine from Hagan Homes has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Starter Home’ award category of this year’s prestigious WhatHouse? Awards in London.

Over 1,700 senior homebuilders from across the UK are set to gather in the Grosvenor House Hotel in London this Friday (November 17) to celebrate the awards.

Hagan Homes is one of Northern Ireland’s largest homebuilders. It is a local family-run and award-winning company that has built almost 3,600 homes across Northern Ireland since it was established almost 30 years ago.

Speaking in advance of the event, Mr Jamesy Hagan, managing director of Hagan Homes, said:

“We are thrilled that our Salmon Leap development in Coleraine has been shortlisted for such a high profile UK award. With restrictive mortgage availability, the judges were looking at starter homes in either stand-alone developments or within wider housing schemes that not only offer quality, value-for-money properties for entry level budgets, but also give first time buyers a variety of options and initiatives to help them onto the first rung of the housing ladder.

Mr Hagan continues: “The current market place is awash with superficially attractive offers, but the £99,950 price for a home in the Salmon Leap development comes with a guarantee of astonishing quality. The result is a simple path to first time ownership with real value for money, quality turnkey homes, with no compromise on interior finish. Hagan Homes has created turnkey homes ready to move into with no fuss and no hidden expenditure.”

Once completed, The Salmon Leap development will include two bed apartments, two and three bed townhouses, three bed semi-detached and detached homes, as well as one five bedroom detached home.
