Féile na hAbhann - Festival of the River kicks off on Sunday August 4 with free events taking place on the River Lagan and on the Lagan Walkway.
You can try a variety of free waster based activities between 10am and 1pm on day one of the week-long festival, including canoeing and kayaking.
In the afternoon it's all about animating the river and the Lagan Walkway between Albert Bridge and Lagan Bridge. There will be live music, craft, multi-cultural dance displays, circus performers, interactive family fun and folktown market with plenty of food on sale.
The festival runs from August 4-11 and has been organised by south and east Belfast community groups with support from Belfast City Council.
