Armagh has a host of events to keep you entertained this month, including:

1 7 Hills Blues Fest

Running until Sunday August 13 the 7 Hills Blues Fest hosts world class blues and roots events across 30 venues in the cathedral city.

Armagh and the surrounding area will host bespoke food events during the festival including a street food market in the Shambles Yard and the Picnic in the Park.

The city’s famed Band Stand on Market Street will have music throughout the day on Saturday August 12 before The Shambles Sunday BBQ & Blues from 1-5pm. Any budding blues stars will have the opportunity to pick up an instrument and play during the blues jam session.

2 BuskFest

BuskFest returns to Banbridge on Saturday August 12 and the winning busker will walk away with £3,000.

The competition runs from 1pm-4.30pm and categories include best individual, best band, best junior and best performance.

3 The Argory

Culture vultures of all ages will enjoy the Lazy Sundays at The Argory which run all summer. The 200-year-old house and its 320-acre estate will play host to laid back tunes, a summer BBQ and entertainment.
