DOWN

The USPCA will host its Annual Open Day at the Animal Hospital in Newry on Saturday from 10am to 2pm. The Q Radio Saturday Brunch show will broadcast live from the animal hospital and there will be competitions, loads of give-aways and fun for all the family. The USPCA will also host a dog show and visitors are encouraged to bring along their dogs – registration on the day.

ARMAGH

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council is holding a free two-day Health and Wellness Fair on the September 23 and 24 at Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn. Expert talks, workshops, consultations and an opportunity to purchase products from local providers. Statutory organisations will also be present. 1pm-6pm on Sunday;10am-7pm on Monday; entry free but any donations will go to the mayor’s charity, Cancer Fund for Children.
