The coronavirus death toll in the Republic of Ireland has risen to 235, with 25 more deaths reported in the past 24 hours.
To date 313 people have lost their lives to Covid-19 on the island of Ireland. A further five have died in Northern Ireland in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 78.
There were 365 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 reported in the Republic of Ireland today. The total now stands at 6,074.
