BELFAST hospitality start-up the Warren Collection has opened its first guest accommodation venture in Malta.

The Malone Road-based business has invested in Park Heights, 36 serviced apartments in the harbour town of Msida.

The Warren Collection, set up by David Warren and Mark Docherty in 2021, is behind Number 11 and The Gregory in the south of the city and the 45-bed guest accommodation The Quarter on Donegall Street.

The company’s latest investment is in the Mediterranean, where it has also opened a new rooftop restaurant.

“Park Heights by the Warren Collection is the next exciting chapter for our brand,” said commercial director Mark Docherty.

“It’s our first venture outside of Belfast, the location was so important for us, and we are delighted to be in Malta.”
