Belfast hospitality firm Warren Collection opens new accommodation venture in Malta

The Park Heights development includes a new rooftop restaurant.

BELFAST hospitality start-up the Warren Collection has opened its first guest accommodation venture in Malta.

The Malone Road-based business has invested in Park Heights, 36 serviced apartments in the harbour town of Msida.

The Warren Collection, set up by David Warren and Mark Docherty in 2021, is behind Number 11 and The Gregory in the south of the city and the 45-bed guest accommodation The Quarter on Donegall Street.

The company’s latest investment is in the Mediterranean, where it has also opened a new rooftop restaurant.

“Park Heights by the Warren Collection is the next exciting chapter for our brand,” said commercial director Mark Docherty.

Park Heights is located in the harbour town of Msida in Malta.

“It’s our first venture outside of Belfast, the location was so important for us, and we are delighted to be in Malta.”

Managing director, David Warren added: “We’re excited to be offering guests at Park Heights by the Warren Collection as it will provide both leisure and business travellers with revitalizing experiences, all while maintaining the high standards and consistent service for which Warren Collection brand is known for.”
