Multi-million-pounds RoI cleaning contract win for Mount Charles

AWARD-winning facilities management support service provider Mount Charles has announced a multi-million pounds contract award with South East Technological University (SETU) sites located in Munster and Leinster.

The contract will include the provision of porter and cleaning services at the main Carlow campus, South Sports campus, and Wexford campus (including all buildings, sports pitches and stands, car parks, recreational areas, and any future developments.

SETU has evolved out of the Institutes of Technology at Waterford and Carlow and brings together over 50 years of experience in higher education, research, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.

The regional university has campuses across the southeast of Ireland in Carlow, Wexford, Waterford, Wicklow, and Kilkenny. It serves more than 18,000 students and employs over 1,500 staff and holds major ambitions to grow student numbers in the future.
