Mount Charles continues to grow market share in Republic
BELFAST-headquartered business support solutions company Mount Charles has secured a number of new contract wins in the Republic, including more than €1 million in new public sector cleaning contracts won from its Dublin base.
Latest Dublin based public sector contracts run for three years and include the Chief State Solicitor's Office (CSSO), who provide litigation advisory and conveyancing services to government departments and agencies; the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC); National Shared Services Offices (NSSO) a statutory civil service office and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Since establishing a Dublin presence four years ago, Mount Charles has accumulated more than €30 million of new contracts, and these additional wins coincide with the company's implementation of ambitious sustainability initiatives.
The company's sales and marketing director Gavin Annon said: “We're pleased to be working with these high-profile agencies and are proud that over 2,000 of their staff members will be benefiting from our bespoke cleaning services.
“The Republic of Ireland marketplace remains a key target for us and continuing to grow our market share from our Dublin base is a key priority.
“The successful introduction and upgrade of our internal and operational systems has contributed to our success by revitalising our service offering and enhancing reporting and oversight of our service performance.
“By developing our product and harnessing the latest technology we can measure and reduce our environmental impact.
“We have also focused on strategic talent acquisition and are in a very strong position to capitalise on the growth of our operations in Ireland.”
Earlier this year Mount Charles won two accolades at the Facilities Management Awards, receiving the Innovation in Technology & Systems Award as well as The FM Workspace Transformation Award.
The company has more than 33 years' experience in the delivery of vital facilities management services to a range of customers within both the public and private sectors.
