Digital agency doubles workforce and increases turnover

DIGITAL marketing agency Digital 24 has unveiled a new visual identity to celebrate seven years in business and on the two years of record growth which has seen it double in size and report a 140 per cent increase in turnover.

Since lockdown, the Belfast agency has mentored more than 2,000 businesses and trained 20,000 individuals, and as well as working with businesses and organisations in Britain and Ireland, it has secured clients in the US, Australia and Europe.

Digital 24’s client list includes indigenous companies Dale Farm, Dromona, Babocush, Ulster Weavers, Action Cancer and Property News, as well as a number of e-commerce start-up businesses that have secured investment through Dragons’ Den UK, including Peachy Lean, The Positive Birth Company, Shnuggle and Pottiagogo.

Managing director Niamh Taylor founded Digital 24 in 2015, and from just four employees it now employs a team of nine at City East business centre.

She said: “We've run huge multi-platform campaigns for global clients and have trained some of the biggest organisations in Northern Ireland including the Department for the Economy, Psni, Education Authority, the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations & Assessment and Queen’s University.”

“Over the last seven years digital marketing has really come into its own and is a proven technique to help businesses and organisations grow.

“Our experienced team continues to keep its finger on the pulse to ensure we stay ahead of the trends so that our clients can be confident that they too are leading the way in their respective sectors,” she added.
