TWENTY jobs are being created with the opening next month of a new Asian food restaurant and takeaway at Rushmere shopping centre.

Rushmere confirmed that Eatao Asian Fusion Restaurant, a branch of the popular K11 restaurant and bar based outside Portadown on the Armagh Road, will be its newest hospitality experience. It will be located beside Nando’s and Costa Coffee, adjacent to the front entrance.

The restaurant will open every day, offering a range of authentic, Asian-inspired fresh, healthy dishes from countries including China, India, Japan and Korea, including curries, sushi, teppanyaki and more.

Rushmere centre manager Martin Walsh said: “The team behind Eatao Asian Fusion promise to cook up a storm using the best ingredients and innovative cooking styles.

“Rushmere boasts a range of restaurants and cafés to suit everyone’s taste, including Nando’s, Synge & Byrne, Spoon Street, Restaurant No. 7, Starbucks and McDonald’s, and we’re committed to offering visitors an unrivalled choice of dining options for every budget.”

Last month, Primark confirmed that it is opening its 10th Northern Ireland at Rushmere, adding to existing fashion brands including Dunnes, TK Maxx, H&M, Matalan, B&M and Boots.
