BELFAST flexible office provider Titanic Suites has announced a further £100,000 investment after doubling its number of clients in the past nine months.

Based in a former Victorian linen mill behind Belfast City Hall, the serviced offices have reported a surge in demand from SMEs adapting to the new post-covid era.

Gary Strain, head of business and sales at Titanic Suites said the building has undergone a recent upgrade, with improvements in technology, telecoms and a new medical-grade air purification system in each meeting room.

“The past few months have seen us experience a real steady growth, which is just fantastic. We now want to do all we can to support businesses as they return to bricks and mortar and virtual offices,” he said.

“We have seen a big increase in both enquiries and new lets, with more and more people wanting to get back to the office as soon as possible.

“I believe this marks the start of a new dawn for businesses returning to the office and adapting a more hybrid approach for staff and business owners.”
