LAMBERT Smith Hampton’s property management team in Belfast has been appointed as the managing agent on the Ashley Centre in Epsom by CBRE Investment Management.
Opened in 1984, the Ashley Centre has more than 370,000 sq ft of retail space, anchored by Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. It is also home to major brands including Boots, Next, Sports Direct, Hotel Chocolat, Starbucks and Therapie Clinic.
The centre also includes residential, office space and a theatre, and is served by an adjoining 650-space multi- storey car park.
