ONE of the largest office buildings currently in development in Belfast has reached the topping out milestone.

A co-development between Belfast Harbour and Titanic Quarter Ltd, the £32 million Olympic House will bring around 146,000 sq ft of grade A office space to the commercial property market once complete in 2022.

Located next to the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland building and Belfast Metropolitan College in the Titanic Quarter, the structure consists of two linked blocks, of six and seven storeys.

The building has been designed to be let either on a floor-by-floor or block-by-block basis.

Last week marked the topping phase of the structure, with the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Kate Nicholl, visiting the site to mark the occasion.

Jonathan Hegan, who chairs OH Office Developments, said: “Olympic House is a significant development for Titanic Quarter, and for Belfast, and we are delighted to be here today to celebrate this major construction milestone.

“It will provide truly outstanding office accommodation located in the heart of Belfast’s innovation district, and we look forward to its completion.”
