DIGITAL services company Liberty IT has announced a recruitment drive for 45 student and graduate roles.

The company, which is part of the Liberty Mutual Insurance group in the United States, said successful graduates and interns will join the company in 2022 and start with a five-week training academy, in a bid to bridge the gap between university and working life.

The company, which employs around 570 in Northern Ireland, will use its annual ‘tech carnival’ on September 29 to give prospective applicants an insight into the operation.

Liberty IT recently published its annual accounts, recording a pre-tax profit of £7.1 million for the year ending December 31 2020.

Cathy Donnelly, senior director of talent of Liberty IT said: “Liberty IT is an exciting and innovative company and we believe that talent early in their technology careers should be inspired, valued, and empowered.

“We look for students and graduates that are creative and curious, full of ideas and passionate about wanting to help change the world, solve problems and keep driving forward.

“And in return, we promise to invest in their future, nurture their ideas and support and develop them professionally and personally.”
