BUILDER Hagan Homes is investing £3.3m to create 24 new two-bedroom apartments in Dunmurry in a move it says will sustain 36 jobs.

The Rose Garden development, off Queensway, will transform a ghost site into a contemporary living space, with the first home handover due to take place this autumn (homes are priced from £134,950).

Jim Burke, director of sales and acquisitions at Hagan Homes, said: “Finished to luxury turnkey specification and showcasing high quality fittings throughout, these contemporary apartments are ideal for first-time buyers or those wishing to downsize.

“Accessed via electronic gates, the apartments benefit from seclusion and privacy, whilst also providing easy access to Lisburn and just a short distance from Belfast city centre.”

Main contractor for the Rose Garden is Eden Contractors, and the development is due for completion in September 2021.
