BELFAST-headquartered tech firm Thrive, has announced its new chief technology officer.
Steven Culshaw, who spent almost a decade at Novosco, has taken up the role at the employee engagement software provider.
Thrive’s clients include Carlsberg, An Post and Air France.
The IT firm last month announced that it had received a major cash injection from a cross-border investor, which will allow it to increase its user numbers four-fold to one million people by 2022.
Thrive’s co-founder James Scott described the appointment of Mr Culshaw as a clear signal of its ambition.
“Steven is one of the most talented CTOs in the business and has a significant track-record working for some of Northern Ireland’s most innovative technology companies.
“His appointment will strengthen our senior team and bring invaluable experience and expertise into the company as we move forward with our ambitious growth plans over the next five years and beyond.”
