ICC Belfast to host Visit Britain's flagship travel trade event
BELFAST has been announced as the location for a UK focused travel trade event.
Visit Britain will bring its largest annual trade event to the International Convention Centre (ICC) Belfast from May 18-20.
Billed as ‘explore Great Britain and Northern Ireland', it's expected to attract hundreds of international buyers, who will meet travel industry suppliers from across the UK to do business.
Visit Britain chief executive Sally Balcombe said: “It gives travel suppliers and destinations the chance to present their products to top global buyers, forge international business connections and ultimately inspire more visitors to book a trip to the UK, boosting local economies.”
Tourism Northern Ireland chief executive John McGrillen added: “More than 200 highly influential international buyers from more than 30 countries will experience the best of Northern Ireland's tourism and hospitality offering next May and discover first-hand what the destination has to offer their international visitors.”
