ICONIC denim retailer Levi’s is the latest retailer to sign up to the Boulevard outside Banbridge.

The only store of its kind in Northern Ireland, its opening created 15 jobs in the area, a mix of full-time and part-time.

Levi’s is the seventh business this year to set its sights on the shopping complex, following restaurant chain Moes Grill and retailers including Suit Direct, Samsonite and Jack & Jones Junior.

Since their invention by Levi Strauss & Co. in 1873, Levi’s jeans have become one of the most recognisable garments of clothing in the world – capturing the imagination and loyalty of people for generations.

Today, the Levi’s brand portfolio continues to evolve, and its range of jeanswear and accessories is available in more than 110 countries.

Among those at the opening were Boulevard retail director Chris Nelmes, Levi’s store manager Patrick Gilmore and Cool FM’s Melissa Riddell.
