A CO DOWN software company has seen a 20 per cent rise year-on-year in its sales.

Tilt Property Software in Warrenpoint has experienced strong growth since it was established in 2004.

The business offers cloud-based solutions for customers including landlords, investors, letting and estate agents and large-scale housing associations.

Formerly known as RentPro, the company has invested £20,000 to rebrand the business as Tilt.

Co-founder and product manager Diarmid Sloan said the company was focused on developing products which are intuitive and easy to use.

"We pride ourselves on always being available to support our customers and being proactive in offering whatever help we can," he said.

"Our approach has always set us apart from other providers, and as a result of the success we’ve experienced, another developer has recently joined our team.

"As a growing business, we are committed to building on our success and firmly positioning ourselves as one of the UK and Ireland’s leading property management software providers."

Colin Moran, from Belfast-based estate agency Property People, has used Tilt's Origin product for more than ten years.

"Tilt’s software is easy to use and very straightforward, allowing easy access to all the required information you hold for your properties, landlords and tenants," he said.

"Tilt has allowed my company to grow year-on-year, whilst knowing my information is safe and my systems are streamlined.

"My customers also see benefits from the customer login feature, which allows them to access their financial information and see updates on their tenancies. This is a great unique selling proposition that gives me an edge on my competitors."
