THE Asda store in Newtownards has reopened following the completion of a £3 million refurbishment.

This investment included relocating the petrol station to a more accessible position in the car park, with the forecourt now proving pay-as-you-go pumps, offering 24/7 availability to motorists.

The in-store experience and flow of the store has also been significantly improved thanks to a new layout and the compete refit of all fixtures and fittings.

In response to customer feedback, the George clothing and Home sections have also been revamped to offer extended ranges and more seasonal products.

Store manager Kate Hamilton said: “We’ve a great team who deliver excellent service day in day out, and we’re looking forward to welcoming existing and new customers to our new look store which is designed to offer an even better shopping experience."
