TWO new tenants have taken up residence at a business park in Titanic Quarter.

Actavo, an international strategic operations firm, and Belfast graphic design company Fresh Graphics now occupy two units within Channel Commercial Park, both comprising office and warehouse space.

The unit secured for Fresh Graphics includes 3,752 sq ft of warehouse accommodation and ancillary office space, while Actavo’s unit comprises 10,112 sq ft of equivalent facilities.

The lettings were secured by commercial property agency Lisney.

Lisney Belfast associate director Andrew Gawley said: “These units present fantastic opportunities for companies looking for premises which have both scale and convenience.

“Channel Commercial Park is just a five-minute drive from Belfast city centre and continues to attract significant interest from a range of local businesses and international investors.

“The units are suitable for a wide variety of purposes including warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and film and TV production.

“We are close to agreeing the letting of another unit to a local business, details of which will be disclosed once the deal is completed, leaving a very limited number of units still available.”

Titanic Quarter commercial director James Eyre added: "Channel Commercial Park is one of Belfast’s largest and most versatile business locations, attracting manufacturers, B2B firms and film production companies. The HBO TV series, Game of Thrones is filming its seventh series in Titanic Studios.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Actavo and Fresh Graphics which will further enhance the mix of sectors represented in the business park.

“Interest in commercial and industrial space within Titanic Quarter has grown significantly over the past year and today’s announcement means that the Elmbank phase of Channel Commercial Park is now fully let.

“With over 100 firms and 5,950 workers based within Titanic Quarter, Channel Commercial Park continues to grow as an integral part of the development.”

Commercial property agents Lisney and CBRE have been jointly appointed by Titanic Quarter Ltd to market the premises.
