BAD news for Jamie Dornan fans – the actor’s days in the Red Room of Pain are apparently behind him.

The heart-throb actor played raunchy billionaire Christian Grey in the 2015 adaptation of author EL James’s steamy Fifty Shades Of Grey. He has been busy shooting the follow-ups Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, which further explore his character’s erotic relationship with student Ana (Dakota Johnson).

With those two movies safely into post-production, the star has now suggested he won’t be reprising the role.

He was quoted as saying: “We have done two movies back to back now, and I’m actually finished with it.

“I’ve done Fifty Shades forever.”

The trilogy has been completed, but James has written a fourth book, titled Grey, so there is the potential for another film.

Jamie said he tends to “move on very fast” in his mind.

He explained: “As much as from the outside people think you are synonymous with one character, but I’m very much like, ‘Right, that’s done’, and move on to the next project and worry about that character.”
