COMEDIAN Simon Day, he of 'brilliant' BBC 90s comedy The Fast Show, is taking his Simon Day In Character tour to Belfast in the autumn.
The new one-man show, written and directed by Day, features a quartet of his best-loved characters who are brought together on the stage for the first time.
These are, making his debut stage appearance, Brian Pern, from spoof documentary Brian Pern: A Life In Rock; Billy Bleach, The Fast Show’s pub bore; Geoffrey Allerton, Yorkshire’s most under-rated poet; and Tony Beckton, one of Britain’s most dangerous men and longest-serving prisoners.
