HAVING just begun an 11-date residency at Dublin's Vicar Street earlier this week, comedian Dara Ó Briain has announced yet another pair of Irish dates as part of his ongoing Voice of Reason tour.
With gigs still to come in Cork, Killarney, Limerick and Wexford (plus another six shows at Vicar Street as well, just for good measure), the slapheaded Co Wicklow funnyman will finally be venturing north of the border next year for a pair of dates at Derry's Millennium Forum on April 20 and 21.
Indeed, it's a very good month for fans of the Mock The Week presenter: already one of TV's most familiar faces, Ó Briain will be on our screens even even more than usual when he returns to his role as co-commander (with RTE regular Angela Scanlon) of BBC Two's revived Robot Wars, back for a second series on October 22.
