Geography
In the Northwest of Northern Ireland, Derry borders on the Republic of Ireland's single northern county, Donegal.
Its southern border meets Ireland's largest lake, Lough Neagh and in the north, Derry City sits at the head of Lough Foyle and along the banks of the Foyle River.
The Lower Bann River drains Lough Neagh, both which are rich fishing grounds.
Rugged cliffs continue around the north coast of Derry from Antrim.
