Cavan's Leona Maguire was four shots off the pace after the third round of the Pelican Women's Championship in Belleair, Florida.
Having set a tournament record of eight-under 62 on day one, Maguire fired her second successive two-under 68 to sit in eighth place at 12-under for the tournament.
Maguire made a strong start with two birdies in a bogey-free front nine, before offsetting bogeys at 12 and 15 with birdies on the 14th and 17th.
Nelly Korda and Lexi Thompson shared the lead at 16-under after shooting 63 and 65 respectively on Saturday, with their fellow American Jennifer Kupcho one shot behind after a 66.
Jodi Ewart Shadoff was the best-placed Briton after a 68 left her in a tie for 28th place 10 shots off the lead.
