MAYO manager James Horan has named two debutants for Saturday night’s Allianz National Football League Division One opener against Roscommon in Castlebar.

Brian Reape and Conor Diskin make their League bows for the westerners at full-forward and left corner-forward respectively, with Jason Doherty set to make a 100th appearance for his county in the half-forward line.

Rob Hennelly starts in goal while Diarmuid O’Connor and Donal Vaughan make up the Mayo midfield with Aidan O’Shea stationed at centre half-forward.

Meanwhile, All-Ireland hurling champions Limerick have selected 11 of their Liam MacCarthy Cup final starting line-up to play Wexford in round one of the Allianz NHL on Sunday.

The eagerly-awaited clash, the first competitive game for John Kiely’s side in 2019, takes place in Innovate Wexford Park against Davy Fitzgerald's improving Wexford outfit.

Injured duo Kyle Hayes and Mike Casey miss out as does Graeme Mulcahy and Darragh O'Donovan, who is among the subs.

Into the team come Tom Condon, Colin Ryan and Na Piarsaigh attacking duo Peter Casey and David Dempsey.
