The John Carroll Memorial Killeavy Klassic 10k - 5k and family fun day will take place on Sunday, October 8. There will be cash prices for the top three home in both distances for male and female and a fantastic new limited edition spinning medal for all those who enter the 10k/5k events. This race will be in memory of our former coach John Carroll and proceeds will go to the Southern Area Hospice Newry. Registration will take place tomorrow night in Killeavy clubrooms from 7.30-8.30pm and you can also beat the rush and sign up online. The race begins at 11am, with registration also available on the morning from 9-10.30am. ST JOHN'S DRUMNAQUOILE: Tickets for the gala ball are available from Una Savage or Mary Boyle. Tickets must be bought by the end of September and are on sale tonight at the club from 7.30-8pm. Tickets can also be purchased online. The club is delighted to announce a partnership with neighbours Ballynahinch RFC to bring junior and senior 'Strictly Come Dancing' in February, with training starting before Christmas. ST MARY'S, GLASDRUMMAN: The walking club is still persevering on Wednesday nights. They meet at the clubrooms at 7pm. Yoga continues on Mondays at 8pm and weekly bingo is on Thursdays at 8.30pm. Anyone interested in taking part in a free wood-carving workshop. with lunch provided, should contact Colette Burden.

ST JOHN’S, BELFAST: The club will host the launch of Denis O'Hara's history of Gaelic Games in Antrim, titled 'Corrigan Park – a place apart’, in the clubrooms at Corrigan Park on Saturday, October 7 at 1pm.

ST DAVOG’S, AGHYARAN: The club and St Caireall's primary school presents ‘The Kube’ in the GAA centre on Saturday, October 7. ST ERGNAT’S, MONEYGLASS: The senior men launch their club development draw ahead of their intermediate championship semi-final against Dunloy tomorrow night.
