Good luck to the ballad group who will be competing in the Ulster Scór na nÓg semi-final in Swatragh, Co Derry on Sunday afternoon at 3pm. The club will be running a bus so all those interested in travelling to offer their support should contact Paula Magee on 07753 987224.

ST ERGNAT’S, MONEYGLASS: The U18 girls will take on Down champions Bredagh in the Ulster minor final on Sunday, 1pm at The Dub.

On Monday, December 12 the health and wellbeing group will host a bereavement talk in the White River Hotel, Toome. Eleanor Ellerslie from Cruse NI will deliver the talk and will discuss how to cope with grief and the pain of loss. ST JOSEPH’S, GLENAVY: The club will hold its AGM in the clubrooms at 2pm on Sunday. New members welcome.

NA FIANNA, COALISLAND: This Sunday sees the return of the hugely successful Christmas Fayre to the parochial centre. With over 40 stalls signed up and Santa also in attendance, it is not to be missed. Doors open at 2pm.

PEARSE OG: The club will host a charity Christmas bingo event on Sunday in the social club - £3 per book (flyover £2). Proceeds to Children’s Orphanage and Sister Muriel Medjugorje, Bosnia.

ST ENDA'S, OMAGH: Big bingo will take place in the clubrooms on Thursday, December 15 at 9pm, with a £6,000 payout including two £1,000 houses.

LAMH DHEARG: The club presents a play called ‘Carol’s Crissmus’ in the clubrooms on Friday, December 16. The Brassneck Theatre production is directed by Tony Devlin. Tickets cost £10 and can be obtained from Maura on 07855 403744.

ST MARY’S, KILLYMAN: Ceili dancing classes continue on Tuesday nights in the clubrooms. Also, DVDs of the All-Ireland chat night featuring Barry McElduff, Brian McGuigan, Kevin McCloy, Bernard Flynn, Joe Brolly and Mark Sidebottom are still on sale at £5 each. Meanwhile, tickets are still on sale for the 'Top of the Pops Christmas Special' shows, which take place on Friday at 8pm and Saturday at 2pm and 8pm. ARMAGH HARPS: There will be a kids’ pop music dance session in the social club on Saturday from 11am-1pm, hosted by our Strictly Come Dancing duo Bernie Rafferty and Siobhan Scowcroft. Admission is £4 and includes drink and snack.
