Gearóid Adams and Frank Fitzsimons to take part in St Columban's coaching clinic

Joint Antrim managers Frank Fitzsimons and Gearóid Adams will take a session at the St Columban's coaching clinic 

DOWN, Antrim and Donegal coaches will take part in a coaching clinic at St Columban's College, Kilkeel on Saturday, November 12 from 10am.

Antrim senior football management duo Gearóid Adams and Frank Fitzsimons will begin the day with an outdoor observational session on conditioning a team through small-sided games and Trinity College GAA development manager Conor Laverty will follow that with transitioning effectively during games.

At the indoor forum Donegal U21 football foach Anthony McGrath will present how sports psychology can help your team and former Down senior manager (now in charge of the county minors) will present dealing with the pressures of modern-day management.
